Irritek has worked with irrigators in finetuning the operation of diesel driven pumpstations. Irritek has conducted audits to investigate selecting the correct pump and impellor size for the desired output, matching the diesel engine to the pump for fuel efficiency, sizing the suction and discharge pipework for efficient pumping. This enables the irrigator to improve efficiency of the pumpstation and better utilise resources.

Irritek is the sole distributor for Rodney Industries galvanized channel gates in north-west New South Wales and southern Queensland. 

Irritek can supply and install all size gates from 600mm to 1800mm in two, four, six and 10 meter heads.

Irritek can fit channel gates to tanks, drop boxes or different types of pipes from StormPro pipe, CPP tin pipe, concrete pipe and steel pipe in our factory or onsite.

The channel gates can be fitted with a manual hand wheel, a gear reduction hand wheel or a hydraulic mast.

Irritek offers a number of channel gate options – from mast height extensions, stabilizer brackets, headwall mounting brackets, non standard spigots, gate open indicator.
