DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION

Irritek prides itself on its ability to turn an on farm concept meeting into the reality of an operational pump station. River pumps, tail water return systems and reservoir pumping stations.

PUMP STATION REPAIRS AND UPGRADES PUMP REPAIRS – AXIAL AND CHINESE

Irritek can make your old pump new again. Our main man on pumps—Barry Graham—has over 30 years experience in revamping pumps. We carry remanufactured exchange centres to suit 26” and 20” Chinese pumps. Our workshops cater for refurbishment of all brands of Axial flow pumps as well.

MINING SERVICES/PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES  

Irritek’s design team is committed to generating the best long term solutions to our customer’s design problems.  This is done with a strong focus on practicality and long term operation costs, as well as upfront capital costs.

We work collaboratively with the end user to define the design parameters and customer goals.  This critical part of the design phase ensures the end design is matched to customer requirements and provides solutions at the right place.

Designs can be for new developments or existing infrastructure.  Irritek can

• offer full survey and design
• design from client surveys, or
• collaborate with client’s surveyor

Our turn key approach ensures the operation of the end product meets the customer’s vision. 

PIPE WORK

Irritek can make to order steel pipe to your specifications. At our Moree factory, we can roll and submerged arc weld steel pipe from 500mm diameter up to 4000mm diameter. We also have section rolling equipment for flat bar, channel and RHS.

GATE INSTALLATIONS AND REPAIRS

Seals, axles, rollers for channel gates, Refurbish old gates.

CLUTCH REPAIRS AND EXCHANGE UNITS

Twin plate 14” and 11” clutch exchange units stocked.
Repairs of most makes of clutches.

BELT REPLACEMENTS

Large range of vee belts carried in stock.

PRE-SEASON MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS

Checking of pumps, packings, grease belts etc in preparation for irrigation season.

CONDITION REPORTING AND SITE ASSESSMENT

On site assessments and reporting of current equipment.

TRAINING PERSONNEL ON NEW EQUIPMENT

Demonstration of safe operation and servicing of pumps and belt tensioning to you and your staff. Extensive training in the use and operation of all pivot and lateral machines. On site training of MACE meter operation.

SITE WORK

Experience staff with fully equipped service vehicles to carry out all site installation and repair work.
