Irritek has been heavily involved with metering projects to compare flood irrigation to lateral move.  Data is collected which allows us to assess greater water use efficiency.

We are able to compare water movement efficiencies around farms and ascertain onfarm losses through channels, evaporation and
seepage.

Irritek has worked with both State Water and irrigators, facilitating planning meetings with both parties, to work towards practical water metering procedures.
